
In
addition to the 25 street Firehawks that were built, 2 all out racing 1992
Firehawks were built by SLP Engineering and Pontiac Advanced Vehicle Engineering
to race in the IMSA Supercar series, a race series of Factory backed teams
competing on road courses around the nation. These cars were taken straight
off the assembly line and turned into race cars.
